After two and a half years from their debut album ‘I’, (that was very well received around the globe), Going comes back with its second, long-awaited, album:
Going II (Machinery) brings the listener two slow evolving tracks (one on each side of the vinyl LP that hosts them ).
These collective compositions were recorded in June 2013, after a week long residency in the mountains of central Italy, where the band experimented and dived into rhythmic cycles and polyphonic densities. The sparkling Italian mountain air, the amazing food and an orchestra of fireflies on a bright night helped them reaching a gentle state of trance, in which beats and chords, bass drums and black & white keys melted into two mind-blowing sonic trips.
IF I was meant to make your brain dance, II (Machinery) takes this brain and makes it fly.
