Made by two unedited takes of completely improvised music, Lift Your Toes marks a step further by Mulabanda towards a more extreme musical output.
Alter-ego of a future release, this album’s aggressive and more rhythmical approach matches what will be its atmospheric counterpart, Spread Them Out, due for 2014.
A journey through raw and uncompromising sound research, full of depth and power, the two takes cover each one a side of the vinyl and sound as good as they can get with the high quality of the recording perfected by Rashad Becker’s superb vinyl mastering techniques.
